Terms and conditions
These terms govern access to GSC Platform, operated by Damir Ialalov, 2/A Aghbyur Serob St., apt. 20, Yerevan, Armenia. Where a signed order form or master services agreement exists, that document takes precedence.

Interpretation and definitions
Interpretation
Capitalised terms carry the meaning set out below, whether used in the singular or the plural.
Definitions
"Company", "we", "us" and "our" mean Damir Ialalov. "Service" means the GSC Platform website and API. "You" means the individual or entity accessing the Service. "Agreement" means these terms together with any signed order form.

Acknowledgment
These terms set out the conditions on which you may use the Service. By accessing it you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

Accounts and acceptable use
API keys are issued to a named customer and must not be used beyond the agreed scope. You are responsible for activity carried out with your keys and for rotating them if they are exposed. We publish an acceptable-use policy and we enforce it, including by suspending access.

Links to other websites
The Service may link to third-party sites we neither control nor endorse. We accept no responsibility for their content, policies or practices.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access without notice if these terms are breached. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately, and we delete or return your data according to the agreed retention schedule.

Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited as set out in your agreement. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those your agreement expressly grants and those the law implies and does not permit us to exclude. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Your use of the Service may also be subject to local law.

Disputes resolution
If you have a concern about the Service, contact us first: most issues are resolved faster informally than formally.

For European Union users
If you are resident in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory provision of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms limits it.

Trade and sanctions compliance
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to an applicable embargo and that you do not appear on any applicable list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and waiver
Severability
If any provision is held unenforceable, it is applied to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
Waiver
Failure to enforce a right or obligation on one occasion does not waive the ability to enforce it later, and not exercising a right is not a waiver of it.

Translation interpretation
Where these terms are translated, the English text prevails in the event of a dispute about meaning.

Changes to these terms and conditions
We may revise these terms at any time. Where a revision is material we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect. Continued use after that point means you accept the revised terms.
